Who We Are
Christian Girlz Rock Network Inc. (CGR) is a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to empowering, equipping, and elevating women and young adult girls through transformative programs that strengthen the whole person—spirit, soul, and body.
Rooted in Christian values and built on love, leadership, and legacy, CGR creates safe spaces where women can grow in faith, build healthy relationships, improve emotional and physical wellness, and embrace their God-given purpose.
Our Mission
To empower women and girls through Christ-centered coaching, mentorship, and wellness programs that promote spiritual growth, personal development, and lasting transformation.
What We Do
We offer a wide range of empowerment-based programming and community outreach focused on six core pillars:
- Faith & Spiritual Growth – Bible-based mentorship, prayer circles, and spiritual development courses.
- Family & Community – Strengthening relationships and fostering intergenerational sisterhood.
- Mental Wellness – Safe discussions, wellness check-ins, and emotional support resources.
- Health & Wellness – Holistic health education, fitness challenges, and nutrition awareness.
- Financial Freedom – Workshops on budgeting, entrepreneurship, and generational wealth-building.
- Healthy Relationships – Guidance on identity, boundaries, and emotional healing.

Our mission is brought to life through a combination of structured empowerment programs and grassroots outreach efforts that address real needs in our communities.
Our Impact at a Glance
- We serve over 300 women and girls annually through virtual and in-person mentorship, coaching, and wellness programming rooted in six pillars: faith, family, mental wellness, health, finances, and healthy relationships.
- We actively collaborate with community partners to provide free health screenings, educational resources, and basic needs support.
- Our team participates in citywide outreach efforts, including back-to-school events, food distribution, clothing drives, and holiday givebacks.
- All initiatives are designed to support spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being, especially among underserved populations.
- We build safe, culturally relevant spaces where women of faith can grow, heal, and lead in their families, churches, and communities.
What began as a vision is now a movement. Christian Girlz Rock Inc. continues to grow with purpose—expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and creating safe spaces for women and girls to heal, rise, and lead.
